Our journey in the HVAC field began with Brian Weaver, our company’s owner, and founder. Brian’s passion for HVAC started two decades ago when he began his residential and commercial HVAC career. He honed his skills by working for a smaller, family-run company before joining the County of Riverside as an HVAC technician.
During his time with the County, Brian pursued his dream of entrepreneurship and opened his own business. BWR Heating and Cooling was born, bearing the initials of Brian and his wife, Rebecca Weaver. As a dedicated and hardworking couple, they believed in integrity, honesty, and doing the right thing for their customers.
BWR Heating and Cooling experienced remarkable growth, undertaking large local projects and expanding its workforce to 22 employees and 11 fully equipped work trucks. However, the rapid expansion came at a price – increased overhead costs and challenges in maintaining the highest level of service and competitive pricing. Always putting their customers first, Brian and Rebecca made the difficult decision to sell the business to ensure the employees had a promising future and
growth potential.
